Our fragrances are Beautys products. “Inspired by” information gives you a reference for the fragrance direction, helping you explore scents you might enjoy. Beautys products are not manufactured by, affiliated with or endorsed by the referenced designer or fragrance house, and are not represented as identical to those fragrances.

Start with the scent families you enjoy—perhaps fresh, sweet, woody or musky. Compare the notes, scent profile, description and inspired-by information on each product page. Our scent discovery tools and journal can help you explore further. If you’re unsure, email us before ordering.

Top notes are the first impression after you apply a fragrance. Heart notes develop as the opening settles and help define its character. Base notes form the underlying impression as the fragrance develops on your skin. They describe a scent’s journey rather than a fixed timetable.

Beautys perfumes are A$35 each. Add three eligible perfumes to your bag and the automatic offer reduces their normal A$105 value to A$90—a saving of A$15. No code is needed, and the offer repeats for every complete group of three: 3 for A$90, 6 for A$180, 9 for A$270 and 12 for A$360. Any perfumes beyond a complete group of three are A$35 each. Shipping is separate.

Of course. An individual 50 mL Beautys perfume is A$35. You do not need to purchase a set.

Beautys accepts card payments through Stripe. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is submitted to Stripe when you confirm payment at checkout, not when you add an item to your bag. Your bank may first show a pending authorisation. The time a payment appears as completed depends on payment processing and your bank. Contact us if you are unsure about a payment or order confirmation.

Card payments are handled through Stripe’s payment interface. Beautys does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Follow any verification steps requested by your bank when paying.

Email support@beautys.com.au as soon as possible with your name, order number and requested change. If processing or dispatch has not begun, we can check whether a change or cancellation is still possible. Neither is guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, our Returns & Refund Policy applies, without limiting your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Shipping is A$8 for orders under A$100. Orders of A$100 or more receive free shipping. Charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Yes—shipping is free on orders of A$100 or more within Australia. A three-perfume order discounted to A$90 is below the free-shipping threshold. Review the shipping charge at checkout.

Beautys fragrances are produced and handled in Tasmania. Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. This is processing time, not delivery time or a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery after dispatch varies by destination and shipping service. Carrier delays, weather, public holidays and peak periods can affect timing.

If tracking is supplied by the selected shipping service, you will receive the relevant tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Updates can take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If your parcel appears delayed, email us with your order number.

No. Beautys does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including deciding that you do not like or no longer want a fragrance, finding it cheaper elsewhere or ordering the wrong fragrance by mistake. Please review the description, inspired-by information and notes before purchasing. This does not affect your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

Contact support@beautys.com.au as soon as reasonably possible with your name, order number or other proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Include relevant photos of the product and packaging where available. Please still contact us if you cannot supply photos. Beautys will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. No fixed short deadline in our policy limits your statutory rights.

Yes. Sale and promotional purchases, including Any 3 for A$90, retain their applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. The no-change-of-mind policy still applies, but it does not remove rights relating to faulty goods or other failures of consumer guarantees.

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin, such as the wrists or neck, avoiding eyes, broken skin and irritated areas. Let it dry naturally and adjust the amount to your preference. Stop use if irritation occurs. Avoid spraying delicate fabrics, and follow any care or safety instructions on your bottle.

Keep your perfume away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and major temperature fluctuations. A cool, dry place away from windows is a good choice. Replace the cap after use and keep fragrance away from children and ignition sources.

Skin characteristics, skin temperature, other scented products and the environment can influence how a fragrance develops and is perceived. Give a fragrance time to settle on your own skin rather than judging only its first impression.

Wear time varies with fragrance composition, skin, application and environment. There is no single number of hours that applies to every perfume or every person, and we do not guarantee a fixed duration. Explore each perfume’s scent description and allow it to develop on your skin.
